CAMERON LAKE CHARMER
This charmer features a hydronic boiler system, equipped with 3 zone radiant in-floor heat, and Hydronic air handler.
Dining kitchen area is separated with a See Thru Napolean Gas fireplace, which is very unique.
A magnificent See Thru Supreme wood fireplace is installed in the basement for the cold winter nights.
THE GUEST SUITE
Ultimate comfort ! This project is kept comfortable with a Natural Gas Boiler System.
Forced air hydronic heating paired indirect hot-water heating, landscape with snow melting piping throughout.
This extremely detailed home also features a Town and Country fireplace for ambience in the living area.
THE BRIGHTON BEAUTY
Brighton is a job we all take a lot of pride in , as it was a culminating task of our previous experience.
This 10,000sq foot lake home has 8km of in-floor tubing. Heating every inch of floor space perfectly.
Also features snow melted courtyard and rear patio. The main level features two Town and Country fireplaces.
All systems are controlled through an integrated online automation system.
This was a project was completed in June of 2017.
